Pressure, not friction — and a number you can check.
Every batch leaves the press below 32°C. Bring a thermometer if you like; we'll hold the seed.

Massive, static,
downward force.
No spinning, no friction, no heat. Just real seeds and physics. The natural enzymes, antioxidants and the intense aroma of the seed stay alive in the bottle.
Extraction
Always under 32°C (ambient)
Filtration
Natural sedimentation, no centrifuges
Solvents
Zero. None. Never.
Source
Whole seeds from Maharashtrian farms
Most “cold-pressed” oil
isn't actually cold.
Screw expellers and high-speed wooden churners spin. Spinning means friction. Friction means heat — often 50°C to 100°C. By the time the oil reaches your kitchen, the aroma and antioxidants are already cooked away.
Mass-market expeller
90°C
High-speed wooden churner
65°C
Merit Natural hydraulic press
< 32°C
Come stand next to the press.
